RPA Studio is not a self-serve software product. We work directly with each agency to build automation tailored to their specific workflows, carriers, and internal processes.

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

Intellectual Property

The RPA Studio name, Get Talky Inc. name, logos, and all associated trademarks, service marks, and branding are the property of Get Talky Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Automation solutions built for your agency are licensed to you for use in your business operations under the terms of your service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, intellectual property in the underlying automation framework and methodologies remains with Get Talky Inc.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific results or outcomes from using our automation services
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of automation
• Compatibility with all carrier systems or portals (which may change at any time)

You are responsible for reviewing all automation output and making final decisions about coverage, quotes, and client communications. Our automation does not make coverage decisions, negotiate with clients, or override your agency's judgment.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETTALKIE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
